Abstract

The research dealt with Islamic jurisprudence inputs in transactions and their impact on reducing the economic causes of crime. The research included studying some financial legislation as a major and important part of financial transaction inputs that contribute to reducing the economic causes of crime. An inductive descriptive approach has been used to analyze the economic causes of crime from poverty and unemployment Obscene richness and disparity in incomes and the ways to address them from the book and the Sunnah and the analytical approach to the texts of the Noble Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah .
