A comparative study

Abstract

 Abstract: In this research, a well-known Shafi’i jurist is shed light on, namely, Judge Abu Ali Al-Farqi, who died in the year 528 AH. I found them many, so my study was limited to what he mentioned in the chapters on marriage only, and my methodology in writing was the comparative approach, where I mentioned the opinions of the jurists from the different Islamic schools, open to the opinion of the judge Al-Fariqi, with the evidence for each saying, with a discussion of the evidence, and a statement of the most correct ones. God grants success.
