The Most Reliable (Authentic) At Al- Malikiyah Doctrine In Two Issues: Obligatory Time For The Payer Of Fitr And The Ruling On Eating Something From The Vermin Of The Ground A Comparative Jurisprudential Study

Abstract

Abstract The true doctrine of Al-Malikiyah includes two sections: at the time of the obligation of fast breaking and the section of a ruling of eating from the vermin of the earth as a serpent whose venom is secured، which I dealt with in detail in this research. I presented the two issues in two sections، each section separately. I put the issue in a perspective  and then present it in detail.. I present the first ruling including what was in the true doctrine of Al-Malikiyah، and then I present the explanation of the jurists who agreed with Al-Malikiyah in the true doctrine of Malikiyah and those who disagreed with them. Additionally I present the rest of the evidence of each doctrine and presented the face of the significance of what the Al-Malikyiah see from the inclusion of this or that evidence. The two issues dealt with seven schools of doctrine in addition to Al-Malikiyah، Hanafiya، Shafi'iyah، Al-Hanabala، Al-Dhahiriya، Al-Zaidiya and then Al-Imamiyah

and studied them as a comparative jurisprudential study. I try in this research to present the two issues in a detailed presentation of what is likely at the time of giving Zakat (Alms) of Al-Fitr، which is considered sufficient for the needy in the days of Eid and it is permissible to eat from what was forbidden when needed، forced or to be treated by.
