The suspicions raised about the Prophet’s Sunnah (Quranists) as a model
Abstract
The research responds and deals with suspicions ideas raised by a group so called (Quranists) that appeared and ceased to exist more than a century ago. Then began to appear again, especially in our country, in some cities such as Halabja, Sulaymaniyah and Erbil, and they started to raise suspicions against "Sunnah".
The position of the Sunnah in Islamic legislation as a second source, gives importance as it is considered an explanation and clarification of the Qur’an, including detailing the entirety of the Qur’an, specifying its general nature, and restricting its absolute, and it may be independent of the legislation.
Knowing the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, is the practical aspect of the Holy Qur’an and gives a complete perception of the reasons for knowing the jurisprudence of reality, and the reasons for the emergence of the Hadith, which facilitates to understand Islam correctly, through the two revelations of the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah
