A treatise on the science of interpretation and the conditions and manners of the interpreter، by Ahmed bin Lutf Allah Al-Salaniqi (died year: 1113 AH)، study and investigation

Abstract

 This research dealt with the study and investigation of a nice treatise on the rules and issues of the science of interpretation, called (The Treatise on the Science of Interpretation and the Conditions and Ethics of the Interpreter), by a scholar of the twelfth century AH. He is Ahmed bin Lutf Allah Al- Slaniki Al- Othmani, (deceased in the year: 1 1 13 AH), and the research plan required that I swear by him After this introduction, it is divided into two parts: As for the first section : it is the academic section , and it contains five topics: The first topic: the personal biography of Ahmed bin Lutf Allah Al- Salaniki . And the second topic: the methodology of Ahmad bin Lutf Allah Al- Salaniki in his book Risala fi the science of interpretation and the conditions and etiquette of the interpreter. And the third topic: studying the scientific material in the book. And the fourth topic: the sources of Ahmad bin Lutf Allah Al- Salaniki in his book, and its evidence. And the fifth topic: the title of the book and its attribution to its author, description of the written version of the book, and the investigation methodology. As for the second section: it is the investigated text, and it includes the text of the message, and the author built his message on an introduction, purpose, and conclusion. As for the introduction, the author dealt with the definition of the terms of interpretation, interpretation , the surah, the verse, the concept of the science of interpretation, its subject, its purpose, its purpose, its benefit and the need for it. In it, he dealt with the etiquette of the interpreter and its conditions, and ended the letter with a conclusion that included mentioning the layers of the interpreters and translating some of the famous late interpreters as a matter of summary, and made them into seven layers. And the verses, and a requirement in the first thing that was revealed from the Qur’an. In the investigation of this thesis, I followed the approach of the trustworthy investigators in verifying the written texts.
