Abstract

 It is from Allah’s mercy on his servants that he provided this nation with distinguished scholars who spent their lives in the service of religion in learning and teaching. Among them was Imam Ibn al-Attar al-Shafi’i، may Allah Almighty have mercy on him، one of the great jurists of the Shafi’i school of thought، who brought out among his books and compilations the book Al-‘Uddah fi Sharh al-Umdah fi Hadiths Al-Ahkam، As he presented different jurisprudential issues، and between many of them in the explanation، commentary and excavation، this research was specialized in examples of the choices of Ibn Al-Attar، may Allah have mercy on him، in the book of Hajj، so I liked the subject of my research to be entitled (Samples Of The Choices Of Imam Ibn Al-Attar Al-Shafi’i In The Rules Of Hajj From His Book "Al-Iddah Fi Sharh Al-Umdah" In The Hadiths Of Rulings As A Comparative Jurisprudential Study).
