"ZAWAED SAHIH IBN KHUZAYMAH" ON THE SIX BOOKS IN THE BOOK OF THE "IMAMATE"

COLLECTING, STUDYING AND AUTHENTICATING

Abstract

      This study singled out (Zawaed Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah on the six books in the Book of the Imamate) by first producing hadiths of Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah. I have produced Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah hadiths by mentioning the imams from their compilations from the books of the Prophet’s Sunnah (books of the Sahih, Sunan and Masanid, dictionaries, histories of men and countries, books of hadith aspirations, benefits, and some of the books of interpretation and the attributed beliefs, hadith parts, and the books of the weak, " He wrote trustworthy narrators, wrote special narrators, and some books of hadith sciences), explaining their methods and limiting them as possible and needed, guiding in all of this the rules of the principles of graduation and the rules of hadith sciences, and the words of the imams of this art, their rulings and their investigations.

       Then, after completing the graduation, the hadiths raised in excess were singled out to the six books, namely (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawood, Jami` al-Tirmidhi, and al-Mujtaba from the Sunan by al-Nasa’i and Sunan Ibn Majah) and narrated the hadith with its chain of narrators and text as in Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah.

       And I singled out the extra marfoo' hadiths in Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah on the hadiths of the six books of origins or some of them, based on the most correct of the sayings of the imams such as al-Haythami, al-Busiri, Ibn Hajar, and al-Kattani in defining the science of the excess in their books, which is the singling of the excess hadiths in a compilation in which the hadiths were narrated with the isnads of his author on hadith books The six principles or some of them, from a hadith in its entirety, there is no more in the books about it, or it is on the authority of another companion, or from a hadith in which the owners of the books participated in more or some of them, and it has an impressive addition to him.

       Then I classified them according to the books and jurisprudential chapters found in al-Sahih and mentioned the book and the chapter under which the extra hadith came and mentioned the whole chapter without abbreviation in the interest of the jurisprudential, hadith, linguistic and fundamentalist benefit that the chapter contains.

       I numbered the hadiths with two numbers, the first number indicating the order and sequence of the additional hadiths to make it easier for me to refer to it. The second number refers to the hadith number in Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah so that it is easy to refer to the hadith from the Sahih.

       After translating the men of the chain of transmission and knowing the final verdict in them, I judge the chain of narration, starting with soundness, goodness, or nearly weakness and ease, then proceed to explain the state of its chain of transmission. From it the extra hadith, and because the value of what Ibn Khuzaymah narrated is the value of his isnaad.

       The research was divided into an introduction and five sections. As for the introduction, I mentioned the merit of the Prophet’s Sunnah, the importance of the topic and the reason for choosing it, and the research plan and method of research in studying the hadiths of appendages.

      The hadiths of his Sahih in the Book of the Imamate [249] amounted to two hundred and forty-nine hadiths, of which there are more than [21] twenty one hadiths, or 8%.
