The jurisprudential Issues In Which There Are Two Aspects Of The Shafi’i In Al-Bayan Book By Al-Omrani (d. 558 AH) Related To The Rule Of The Precedent In The Juma’a Prayer _ A comparative study_

Abstract

 Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and best prayers and peace be upon the one who sent mercy to the worlds, our Master, Prophet, and beloved Muhammad، and upon his family and companions and one of the five necessities، preserve it. The Friday prayer has the goodness and importance of the rest of the obligatory prayers, and it has jurisprudential provisions related to the ruling precedent in it  by enacting provisions and controls، which the jurists dealt with in research and study، in which their sayings were numerous، and their opinions varied Therefore، in this research، I dealt with jurisprudential issues with aspects that Imam Al-Omrani dealt with it in his book (Al-Bayan)، which is related to some issues of those who preceded in Al-Juma’a prayer، a comparative jurisprudential study، and it started with its introduction، and then dealt with the issues by presenting the sayings of the jurists in them، with mentioning their evidence، and stating the most correct opinion.
