Abstract

 Since one of the foundations of worship is prayer، and it is one of the pillars of this religion، Allah Almighty has prescribed that we pray to his pure house and that we face the qibla. We find that the jurists، in research and study، have had many opinions and opinions on it Therefore، in this topic، I dealt with the jurisprudential aspects dealt with by Imam Al-Omrani in the book (The Statement) and related to some issues of facing the qibla، a comparative jurisprudential study and It started with an introduction and then dealt with the issues by presenting the sayings of the jurists in them، mentioning and discussing their evidence، and clarifying the most correct opinion.
