Protecting Wife From Harm Resulting From Marriage Rights Abandonment As An Example Missionary Study

Abstract

The idea of ​​preparing this research is based on a statement of marriage rights, and the need to be gentle in using the rights that Islam has prescribed for both spouses, without arbitrarily using those rights, or harming either party. Among these rights is the right granted to a man to abandon his wife as a discipline for her, not to harm her. Rights were legislated in order to address the problems that occur between spouses, and not for the sake of injustice or belittlement. Therefore, this study came to explain the use of this legitimate right, the causes of disobedience among women, and how to address it religiously from the point of view of Islamic law.
