"Getting Out Of Disagreement Is Desirable" Rule And Its Applications Through The Fatwas Of Imam Al-Ramli (may Allah have mercy on him)

Abstract

The jurisprudence rules in our Islamic library have a wide and important presence، and highlighting one of these rules is a very important matter in terms of definition، controls and applications، and this rule is of special importance in our time، as it is one of the rules that unite the sayings of scholars and which sheds light on what our scholars had of the importance of collecting the word of Muslims and its non-differentiation. We have its applications in books of Maliki and Shafi’i jurisprudence more than other schools. Imam al-Ramli has another advantage، as he was one of the scholars who lived during the fall of the Islamic caliphate in Andalusia and was one of the supporters of the ranks and the face of internal and external danger.  He had his extensive school in Egypt and his students emerged Even their reputation is widespread. Study of these fatwas is part of the research methodology and objectivity and of loyalty to him، may Allah Almighty have mercy on him.
