Imam Al-Bulqinis' Method In rules, Regulations And Branches In His Book "Al-Tadreb"

Abstract

Imam Al-Bulqini, is one of the Shafaia scholar، best known and famous among his companions. He was destinguished with his knowledge، sanity of mind and his ability to understand. This was shown by the study of his book Al-Tadreb in which he mentioned his opinion on doctrinal issues، as will as his weights and choices، and contained the book of Al- Tadreb on strange issues، and illusions in which the Shafii's school scholars fell. Al- Tadreb book did not disturb the rules، controls and branches of jurisprudence. He wrote his Al-Tadreb book by mentioning the issues of Shafii jurisprudence without referring to comparisons with other schools and in his book relied on agreed sources as a major source of legislation. Then he outlined his own method in his book Al-Tadreb of definitions. His dialogue he dealt with scholars was an objective way far away from intolerance، indicating his superior mind and the breadth of his knowledge.
