The impact of Islamic legislation on British law in the matter of felonies

Abstract

Praise be to Allah، Lord of the Worlds، and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his family and companions. This research deals with the impact of Islamic legislation in British law in the matter of felonies where it presented the British legal clause and compared it with the Islamic legislation in the statement of impact. The research included an introduction، three demands and a conclusion. The first was in madness، the second in the offender's drunkenness، and the third in coercion in felonies. As for the conclusion، it was for the results and recommendations that I reached in the research، and praise be to Allah، Lord of the Worlds.
